Our senior’s caregivers and CNA’s are totally committed, highly-qualified and carefully selected individuals who are personally and thoroughly screened, bonded and insured. Most importantly, our senior’s caregivers are dependable and extraordinarily caring of others.

The majority of our caregivers have a minimum of 5 years of experience, and most have more than that.  In addition to their previous experience, our caregivers and CNA’s receive continuous training that includes a specialized curriculum exclusive to Senior’s First Choice. 

Senior’s First Choice recently unveiled a rigorous new training program to its caregivers and CNA’s, thus raising a caregiver’s skills to a more professional status. The program represents a dramatic development in caregiver training and it is unparalleled in the home care industry. The program is very comprehensive, with 17 topics of study ranging from professionalism and communication to body mechanics; from chronic medical conditions to nutritional needs and maintaining a healthy environment. As a result of our employees’ participation in this exciting training program, Senior’s First Choice now boasts the best-trained, most professional caregivers in the Metro Atlanta area.

All of our caregivers are our employees, which we believe allows us to provide a better level of service to our clients.  We are the employer - not you.  This means that we pay for their workers comp, and are responsible should they need to make a claim.  We have general liability insurance and are fully bonded as well, which protects you and Senior’s First Choice.
