In addition to their previous experience, our caregivers and CNAs receive continuous training that includes a specialized curriculum exclusive to Senior's First Choice. 

Senior's First Choice recently unveiled the Certified Companion Aide (CCA) Program to its caregivers and CNAs, which raises a caregiver's skills to professional status and sets them apart as members of a select group of CCAs in the nation. The program represents a dramatic development in caregiver training and it is unparalleled in the home care industry. The program is very comprehensive, with 19 topics of study ranging from professionalism and communication to body mechanics; from chronic medical conditions to nutritional needs and maintaining a healthy environment.
